Scared of Hiring b/c of the Expense, You're The Problem

If you're someone who is scared of hiring staff becasue you see them as an expense, it is a sign that you business maturity is just getting started.  No successful business can be built without having great help.  Just think, most of you we hired and if we shared the same mentality, you would've never had this opportunity...
